As a Sous Chef, youll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, supporting the Head Chef in delivering outstanding, freshly prepared dishes with flair and consistency. Were proud of our hearty, flavourful menus and warm, vibrant atmosphere and were looking for chefs who share our love for food, hospitality, and growth.

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation

• Lead and motivate a team during busy service

• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met

• Contribute to menu development and creative specials

• Experience as a Sous or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
